E se o topo dos edifícios das cidades fossem utilizados para criar uma horta?

 A ideia é converter espaços negativos em espaços que criem benefícios para a comunidade. Dois jovens residentes em Dublin criaram o conceito numa antiga loja de chocolates localizada bem no centro da cidade.

O objetivo é trazer a agricultura para o centro da cidade de forma a que a comunidade possa interagir com ela e de alguma forma criar empregos.

São usadas várias tecnicas de cultivo e materiais sustentáveis e tudo é reutilizado, ou seja, não há desperdicio.  Além de tudo isto são dados workshops onde procuram envolver toda a comunidade a criar uma população ecologicamente alfabetizada.

And if the rooftop of city buildings were used to make a urban farm? 

 

The idea is to convert a negative space into once that creates benefit for the community. Two young residents in Dublin created the concept in the rooftop of a former chocolate factory. The main point is to bring agriculture to center of the city so the community can interact with it and hopefully create jobs.

Several sustainable cultivations techniques and material are used and everything is reused, nothing is wasted. Besides all of this, to involve the community and create an ecologically literate population, they give some workshops.
